Haidar: The Lebanese National Team has high hopes

The head of the Lebanese Football Union Head, Hashem Haidar called on all Lebanese to support the national team today in their football match against Korea in the qualifying rounds for the World Cup 2014 that will be held in Brazil.

Haidar added that some members of the Lebanese team are injured but the team is strong and “nothing is impossible, hopefully the Lebanese team will make it”. In an interview to Nharkom Said on LBCI TV, Haidar revealed that the Lebanese team is ready for that game and have high hopes, stressing that all seat will be for free except those in the VIP section.

The ISF issued a televised statement today calling on those not attending the game not to take the airport road prior and after the game, and hoped that the attendees will use public transportations means to facilitate traffic. .
