Lebanon orders public sector closure for Eid al-Adha holidays

Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam issued a memorandum No. 2026/12 ordering the closure of public administrations, public institutions, and municipalities on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

The closures will begin on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, and continue through Friday, May 29, 2026, inclusive.
