Lebanese farmer stunned after harvesting huge watermelon

Lebanese farmer Ahmad Abou Samra was stunned after finding a seemingly large watermelon whilst harvesting the season in his hometown of Khiam, south Lebanon.

The watermelon weighs at a whopping 35 kilograms, 25 kilograms above average.

While Abou Samra stresses no chemical or artificial fertilizer or additives were used in the process, he attributes the size of the melon to the fertility and quality of the soil.
