Israeli army units conduct patrols near the Lebanese border

Five Israeli Humvees were reported patrolling along the security fence separating Lebanon from the Israeli Motella settlement, the state-run National News Agency said on Saturday.

Meanwhile, at least 20 Israeli infantry soldiers were deployed in the area close to the border while choppers and warplanes were carrying out flights at a low altitude over Marjayoun and Bent Jbeil in South Lebanon.

Accordingly, Lebanese army troops and UNIFIL forces conducted patrols in the region of Kfarkela in order to monitor the Israeli movements.
