Lebanese army arrests 4 men with British passports in Bekaa

The state-run National News Agency reported on Friday that the Lebanese army arrested four men holding British passports between Zahle and Terbol road in Central Bekaa.

The agency added that the four me entered Lebanon illegally, noting that they were reportedly seeking to help Syrian refugees and are residing in the Kadri Hotel in Zahle.

The four men were identified as : Mohammad Monhaf, Sayyed Nazir, Khalil Batel and Mohammad Norgat.

They were all transferred to the army barracks in the region of Ablah to launch investigations.
