Judge Saqr approves handover of LAF martyrs’ bodies to their families
The State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr approved on Monday the handover of the bodies of the two Lebanese Armed Forces martyrs who were killed in the car bomb attack that targeted an army checkpoint in the Jisr al-Assi, to their families, after the forensic doctor finalized the DNA test.

In this context, investigations in the explosion case are ongoing to reveal the identity of the suicide bomber who carried out the attack.

Several were killed and injured in an explosion that targeted a Lebanese Armed Forces checkpoint in the area of Jisr al-Aassi at the entrance of the Bekaa town of Hermel, security sources reported on Saturday evening.
