Baby boy dies after mother forgets him in car

A child died on Tuesday after his mother, a school teacher in the southern city of Sidon, forgot him inside the car during the day.

In the details, the mother finished her work at one of the city's private schools, and as soon as she returned to her car, she was shocked to find that her baby boy was still in the locked vehicle.

Sources said the infant died before his mother was able to reach a nearby pharmacy.
