State Commissioner to Military Court charges 2 detainees, 6 fugitives for affiliation with Jabhat al-Nusra
State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr charged 2 Lebanese detainees and 6 fugitives for belonging to an armed terrorist group (al-Nusra Front), the state-run National News Agency reported on Friday.

Judge Saqr also accused them of plotting terrorist acts, carrying weapons and opening fire at Lebanese army soldiers in Tripoli's Jabal Mohsen.

Accordingly, Saqr referred them to Military Investigation Judge of Beirut Riad Abou Ghaida.
