Minister Azzi to LBCI: Some political forces are unaware of the concept of the state

Labor Minister Sejaan Azzi said on Sunday that some Lebanese political forces are unaware of the concept of the state, although they realize the seriousness of the situation.

"Those political forces do not prioritize the need to elect a new president," Azzi said in an interview with LBCI's Nharkom Said TV show.

In this regard, Azzi said there isn't a unified Christian stance to address the current power vacuum, noting that the Lebanese officials haven't taken new stances regarding the presidential elections.
