Nahhas: GLC and economic bodies are the sole legal representatives

Economy Minister Nicolas Nahhas noted on Friday that all legal aspects of the wage issue have been treated. The Minister told Voice of Lebanon radio station that the index committee’s meetings are the right place to exchange views over this matter.

Nahhas stressed that government only interferes if concerned parties are at conflict. "GLC and economic bodies have reached an agreement and they are the sole representatives under the labor law," Nahhas added.
