LAF unit arrests two Lebanese in Arsal, one Syrian in Bekaa

The Lebanese Armed Forces announced on Wednesday that it arrested two Lebanese nationals for transferring equipment to the outskirts of the border town of Arsal.

They were identified as Hussein Deeb al-Fleiti and Abdallah Mohammed Amoun, according to the military statement.

They were also attempting to transfer food to the outskirts and were found driving cars without legal documents.

Similarly, the army also arrested a Syrian national identified as Tarek Omar Airout on suspicion that he belongs to a terrorist group. He was detained in the Bekaa region of al-Labweh.

All the suspects have been referred to the concerned judiciary.
