Members of the Civil Defense maritime rescue unit managed on Wednesday to rescue a shark hooked by a fisherman off the shores of Jounieh – Tabarja.
The Civil Defense said in a post on its Facebook page, that the fish is 3 meters long and weighs around 300 kilograms.
The rescue operation lasted for one hour and a half.
