A family of nine shows symptoms of food poisoning

The rotten meat and foodstuffs cloud touched down on Akkar, this time carrying food poisoning as the nine members of Al Hammad family were rushed to Dr. Abdullah Rassi public hospital.

According to initial medical observations, the symptoms they displayed are the result of food poisoning especially given that all the family’s members said they had chicken and meat sandwiches from one of the region’s shops.

As this case was reported to the concerned health authorities, concerned bodies launched investigations to disclose the circumstances of the incident, identify responsibilities and discover whether there were other patients who showed similar symptoms but did not have to enter the hospital for treatment.
