Minister Kouyoumjian meets World Food Program delegation
Minister of Social affairs Richard Kouyoumjian briefed on Thursday a delegation from the World Food Program about the ministry’s work, the services it provides and its programs.
Talks also tackled the partnership between Lebanon and the organization through its program to support the poorest families amid Lebanon’s current economic crisis.
The minister stressed importance of providing more aid for the Lebanese hosting community like the aid provided for the Syrian refugees.
