Qabalan: Electricity is a must

Deputy Head of the Higher Islamic Shiite Council Sheikh Abdul Amir Qabalan urged the cabinet to translate its slogan “all for work” into reality by taking tangible actions to service the people’s needs.

“It is the duty of the government to improve livelihoods and maintain security and stability”, Qabalan added.

Qabalan underscored the importance of providing electricity to all Lebanese citizens, adding that the solution to the electricity conundrum lies with a transparent, responsible and national cooperation between all concerned parties.

Skeikh Qabalan called Maronite Patriarch Beshara Rai applauding his pastoral tour to the Bekaa as well as his national stances that promote peaceful coexistence amongst Lebanese.
