LBCI enters the General Security prison and meets Sudanese arrestees
LBCI went to the General Security prison and met with the 12 Sudanese refugees kept there. The arrestees have no clue why they were arrested and when they will be released.
The living conditions in the cells where the Sudanese are detained are unbearable. They are humiliated and suffer discrimination.

The Sudanese refugees told LBCI that they were beaten during the interrogation and described their capture as discriminatory. If they get sick, they don’t get the necessary treatments. Even the food and water they receive are intolerable.

The refugees’ voice remains unheard as their case remains in the dark.
