Ziad Baoud: institutions are responsible for adopting the electoral law

Former Interior Minister Ziad Baroud considered that Bkirki is not solely responsible for the adoption of the electoral law stating that it is the constitutional institutions' responsibility.

In a call with LBCI during "Nharkom Said", Baroud called for the need of adopting the electoral law as soon as possible stressing that "it is not only the Christians who responsible for approving this law".
