Nasrallah says no warehouse for Hezbollah at Beirut port, calls for transparent probe
Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah denied on Friday that his party has any warehouse at the Beirut port.

Nasrallah’s comments were made during a televised speech three days after a blast rocked the Lebanese capital Beirut, killing 154 people and injuring 5000 others.

“Hezbollah does not run nor control Beirut port, we do not interfere in it, we don’t know what happens inside of it or what there is in it,” Nasrallah affirmed.

On another note, he said that the solidarity shown by countries presented an opportunity that Lebanon must seize.

Nasrallah also called for “a transparent and comprehensive probe into the blast.”

“If all political powers say they trust the Lebanese army, let it conduct the investigation,” he added.
