Ahrar: the launching of “Ayoub” exposes Lebanon to grave danger

Following its weekly meeting, the National Liberal Party [Ahrar] issued a statement condemning Hezbollah’s “involvement in the suppression of the Syrian people, in contrast to the dissociation policy applied by the Lebanon government.” It also condemned the “Syrian regimes attacks against its own people.”

The party denounced the launching of the Iranian spy drone “Ayoub” into Israel’s airspace “in divergence to UNSCR 1701 exposing Lebanon to grave dangers.”
On the electoral law, the party reiterated its support for the smaller districts – majoritarian vote, “to ensure fair representation for all.”
