Families of Lebanese students abroad: We received promises not to dismiss students
The association of Families of Lebanese students studying abroad said on Friday that they had made extensive contacts with officials from Eastern European countries, noting that they had received promises not to dismiss students from their universities and to give them a last chance in the hope that the student law in dollars would be applied.
The association issued a statement in which it thanked Lebanese ambassador to Russia Chawki Abou Nassar, the employee at the Lebanese Mission entrusted with following up on the students affairs Mohiedin Farhat, Lebanese ambassador to Ukraine Ali Daher and representatives of the Students Union Dr Bachir Samaha and Issam Chahin for their efforts.
