Health Minister Abiad to LBCI: No intention to lift subsidies for cancer drugs-[VIDEO]

Health Minister Firas Abiad confirmed on Sunday during an interview with LBCI that “there is no intention to lift subsidies for cancer and incurable diseases’ drugs.”

“We have noticed that pharmaceutical companies do not deliver the necessary quantities to Karantina center,” Abiad stressed, saying that this has been addressed and that “starting next week, every shipment of cancer or incurable diseases’ drugs that enters Lebanon will be delivered to Karantina center.”
