Ferzli to LBCI: The Christian demand is right and fair

Former Deputy Speaker Elie Ferzli said on Tuesday that the Orthodox gathering electoral draft expresses the "suffering and concerns of previous experiences as well as the sectarian path prevalent in the country."

Ferzli added that this draft law must be agreed upon by all parties because it emphasizes the equal sharing mentioned in the constitution.

Ferzli said to LBCI during Nharkom Said that Speaker Nabih Berri will agree on this draft law if Christians adhere to it because "their demand is right and fair."
