Minister Abou Faour stresses on the importance of the Syrian's temporary stay in Lebanon

Social Affairs Minister Wael Abou Faour met on Monday with the Syriac Catholic Bishop Youssef Melki and discussed with him the file of displaced Christian Syrians in Lebanon.

Abou Faour said that a special team from the ministry had been assigned to the follow up on the file of the refugees regarding housing and means of relief.

Abou Faour added that the migration of the displaced Christians threatens the region's identity and stressed on the importance of their temporary stay in Lebanon until their return to Syria.
