Israeli incursions reported in south Lebanon as army arrests 25: Al Jazeera

A Lebanese security source told Al Jazeera that Israeli forces carried out incursions on the outskirts of Khiam and in the border towns of Houla, Yaroun, Kfarkela, Qouzah, and Mazraat Sardah.

According to the same source, no direct clashes were recorded between the Israeli army and fighters from Hezbollah. The Lebanese army, however, arrested 25 individuals for illegal possession of weapons and ammunition.

The source said most of those detained in connection with the developments are Lebanese nationals, in addition to a number of Palestinians.
