Siniora: Hezbollah gambling with life of all the Lebanese

The head of the Future bloc MP Fouad Siniora said on Wednesday that “Hezbollah entered Syria to kill the Syrians and to achieve imaginary victories, but instead is now facing a crushing defeat.”

During a seminar organized by the Future Movement in Beirut concerning the book titled "The slander within the 'Impossible Exoneration'” (Al-Iftira' Fi Kitab al-Ibra), Siniora stressed that Hezbollah is not only gambling with its own fate, but also with the life of all the Lebanese people.”

In this context, Siniora said that the Shiite party, along with its partners in Lebanon, has been provoking trouble in the country since 2006 as an implementation of foreign dictates, pointing out that Hezbollah’s intervention in the Syrian war violates the constitution, the principles of coexistence and the Baabda Declaration.

MP Siniora called on the party to withdraw its troops from Syria and to to put an end to murdering the Syrian people.
