In the video, apparently captured by phone, the man approaches the woman on a busy New York subway carriage where she is trying to sell 140 roses for a $1 each. After listening to her, the unknown man responds: “I’ll give you $140 for the whole thing.” “Are you serious?” she asks anxiously as the man unfolds the bills and hands them over. “But you have to do me a favor,” he tells her. “You’ve got to give them out.
