The video showed Claudia Castillo trying to catch up to a policeman on a local highway.
She had spotted him in front and signaled for him to pull over by flashing her lights at him.
When the officer approached Castillo’s car, he thought she was having some kind of problem.
However, she wanted to tell him that he was speeding and 'traveling at 90 miles per hour.'
