Meet The World's Youngest Freediver; Can Hold His Breath 10m Underwater

The world’s youngest freediver is just 3 years old with amazing talent for holding his breath while swimming underwater to up to 10 meters.

Little Fedor Afonasiev clings on to the back of his parents as they swim down underwater.

Both his mum and dad are professional freedivers.

"His parents do not set any goals for him – he just goes down as far as he feels comfortable,” Alexey Molchanov, a friend of the Russian family took the video and spoke to the Metro about the youngster.

Fedor Afonasiev has been freediving with his parents since he was two years old, but now at the grand old age of three he can dive down to around 10m.
