Abbas issues decree to restructure electoral commission
Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas issued a presidential decree on Thursday to restructure the electoral commission that will oversee the next elections.         

The decree includes the names of the 9 members of the committee.         

The decree stipulated that the commission is in charge of “managing, overseeing, preparing and organizing the elections, and take all the necessary measures to guarantee their integrity and freedom in virtue of the law’s provisions.
