The city of Lviv, located in western Ukraine, near the border with Poland, has been the target of Russian missile strikes, although it was relatively spared from the Russian bombing because it is far from the fronts.

The strikes resulted in deaths and injuries, as well as significant damage to military infrastructure and fires at a tire shop.
