Trump: I ordered insurance coverage for all maritime trade in the Gulf

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that he has instructed the U.S. Development Finance Corporation to provide insurance and guarantees to support the financial security of all maritime trade, including oil tankers passing through the Gulf region.

The announcement was made in a post on his Truth Social platform.
