REPORT: LBCI team enters Jouret Shiyah neighborhood in Homs

The LBCI team entered on Sunday to the Jouret Shiyah neighborhood in Homs whereby severe clashes are taking place between regime forces and opposition fighters.

The team was able to reach the “City Center” building which is considered as a demarcation line between the 2 fronts.

The Jouret Shiyah neighborhood in Homs is considered as one of the most important areas due to the nature of this neighborhood and the construction in it.

On Saturday, the team entered to the outskirts of the Khalidiya neighborhood in Homs which has also witnessed fierce battles between Syrian regime troops and the opposition fighters.

The team entered to Bab Houd, one of Homs old neighborhoods which the Syrian regime troops captured 40% of it.
