Tons of rotten meat seized at Beirut port

Rotten food products were seized on Wednesday at the port of Beirut.

 

15 tons of frozen burger meat coming from Brazil were returned to the source, for being kept at a 0 degree temperature, while the average temperature required to store this type of food must be -18 degree. This shipment was meant for one of the fast food restaurants.
