Lebanese weightlifter Mina achieves 13th place in 2022 IWF World Championships

The Lebanese women's weightlifting team participated in the 2022 IWF World Championships, held in Bogota, Colombia.

The weightlifter Alexa Mina Colwell achieved 13th place in the championship in the 64 kg category.

"I had so much fun on that stage & I think it showed. I am grateful for the opportunity to represent my country and our people. This is the biggest honor & brings me so much happiness," commented Alexa via her Instagram account. 

The Lebanese weightlifter seeks to qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympics by improving her international ranking.
