Israeli army issues urgent evacuation warning for Beirut’s southern suburbs

The Israeli army issued an urgent warning on Wednesday to residents of Beirut’s southern suburbs, urging them to evacuate immediately ahead of potential strikes.

In a statement, the army said it would soon carry out very powerful operations against Hezbollah’s facilities, interests, and military capabilities, following what it described as serious actions by the group.

The warning urged civilians to leave the area immediately for their safety, stressing that remaining near what it called Hezbollah military infrastructure posed a danger to residents and their families.

The statement also advised people not to return to Beirut’s southern suburbs until further notice.
