Iran: Bahrain accusations are “ridiculous”
Iran ruled out the accusations of Bahraini authorities that suggest that the Islamic Republic established links with a Bahraini group to stage an assault against the country. I

ran described these accusations as “ridiculous” and ill-founded, official Iranian television reported on Monday quoting a senior Iranian official working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Iranian deputy foreign minister for Arab and African Affairs Amir Abdollahian stressed the Bahraini allegations are ill-founded, groundless and a fabrication of the United States.

Bahraini prosecution said on Sunday that five members of a terrorist cell, who were arrested on Saturday, were coordinating with the Iranian Revolutionary guards to target critical facilities in Bahrain.
