REPORT: One of the world's tallest Jesus statues stands in Syria’s Saidnaya

On the 14th of October, all military operations were halted in the historic Syrian Christian town of Saidnaya, in order to receive one of the world's tallest Jesus statues.

Made in Armenia out of bronze, the statue stands at 39 meters on a nearly 2000-meter mountain top, and can reportedly be seen from Lebanon, Jordan, and Israel. The statue was placed under the "I have come to save the world" banner.
