Libyan rebels occupying oil ports say refuse to deal with new Prime Minister

Libyan rebels occupying major oil ports in the east of the OPEC producer refuse to deal with new Prime Minister Ahmed Maiteeq, whom they consider "illegitimate," a spokesman said on Wednesday.

"Maiteeq come to power illegally," rebel spokesman Ali Hasi said.
