Audio: al-Jolani says Islamic Emirate of al-Sham to be declared

Activists leaked Saturday an audio recording whereby the leader of the al-Nudra Front Abu Mohammad al-Jolani announces his intention to establish the Islamic Emirate of al-Sham.

According to the recording, al-Jolani was addressing his supporters when he said that such a step comes as a reply to the declaration of the Caliphate by Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
