Erdogan condemns Israel’s policies

Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan abhorred the conditions in which Palestinians are subjected to on a daily basis in the Gaza strip, describing the latter as “a big prison”.

In a speech delivered at the World Economic Forum Tuesday evening, Erdogon said that the residents of Gaza are prisoners of the largest open “air prison” in the world, referring to the blockade Israel has been imposing on the coastal strip for nearly six years, adding that it is one of the reasons that has led to the deterioration of relations between both Turkey and Israel.
