Jordanian opposition says will boycott next elections

Jordan’s Muslim Brotherhood described the new electoral law as “regressive”, highlighting efforts to form shadow government and parliament amid tendency to boycott the next legislative elections.

Muslim Brotherhood’s Deputy General Controller Zaki Bani Arshid said that the new electoral law will drive Jordan backwards, adding that it is unable to give birth to a parliament that truly represents the people.
