First session of the Kuwaiti parliament deferred for lack of quorum
The President of the Kuwaiti National Assembly Jassem Al-Kharafi  postponed the first parliamentary session which was scheduled to be held on Tuesday to the following Tuesday for lack of quorum.

Only five out of fifty deputies and five out of fifteen ministers attended parliament’s hall alongside the house speaker.
