Libyan Interior Minister annuls travel bans against Gaddafi's opponents

Libyan Interior Minister Ashour Sulaiman Shuwail issued a decision on Wednesday that a annuls all travel bans against the opponent of Libya's former leader Muammar Gaddafi.

The ministry's spokesman stressed that no citizens shall be banned from traveling unless a banning warrant is issued against him and signed personally by the Interior Minister.
