Muslim Brotherhood in Jordan abstains from participating in cabinet

The Muslim Brotherhood in Jordan announced on Monday that the opposition Islamist movement refuses to participate in the cabinet since the latter's agenda contradicts with the brotherhood’s obligations.

The formation of a new cabinet is about to take place in Jordan after the last parliamentary elections that were held late January which were swept by pro-regime loyalists.
