Palestinians rally in Gaza as UNRWA suspends aid program

Hundreds of Palestinians rallied on Monday outside the UN's Palestinian refugee agency UNRWA office in Gaza to protest against its decision to suspend aid to refugees.

In this context, protestors who chanted slogans that call for annulling this decision tried to storm in the headquarters of the UNRWA, but police members prevented them.

Earlier in April, the UNRWA suspended its aid program to refugees and replaced it by temporary job opportunities for 3 months.
