Egypt's court orders Mubarak's release on one case

                    
An Egyptian court annulled on Saturday a detention order against ousted president Hosni Mubarak over corruption accusations.                  

However, his lawyer said that Mubarak will remain in custody on other charges.                   

Mubarak, who is currently in prison, has been charged in three cases, one for ordering  the killings of protesters during the  revolution against his regime which took place in 2011, and two corruption cases.                          
A judicial source said on Saturday that the court annulled his detention, without giving further details.                      
Earlier this month, an Egyptian court ordered his release on charges of killing  protesters after the end of the maximum  temporary detention of two years.                    

However, Mubarak's lawyer Farid al-Deeb announced on Saturday that he will remain detained for another corruption case.              

Mubarak, 84, was transferred this week from military hospital to prison and awaits trial on May 11 over charges of the protesters' deaths during the uprising.
