Assad: The Syrian army is capable of facing the Israeli attacks

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad assured on Tuesday that the latest Israeli attack reveals Israel’s involvement along with other regional and western countries in the Syrian crisis, pointing out that the Syrian people and the army are capable of facing these attacks.           

In turn, the Iranian Foreign Affairs Minister Ali Akbar Salehi reiterated following his meeting with Assad his country’s support to the Syrian people, adding that Syria is being attacked since it is a major resistance country.
