Kahwaji meets Arsal delegation

Army Commander General Jean Kahwaji held a meeting on Thursday with a delegation from the town of Arsal, during which Kahwaji praised the intensive security measures taken in the area to protect the citizens and curb infiltration and smuggling.

The delegation voiced rejection of any terrorist act in Arsal.

In turn, Kahwaji added that the interest of the Lebanese lies in steering the country clear of the repercussions of the surrounding events.
