Hariri tweets to prove he is still alive
Former Prime Minister, Saad Hariri, stated Friday that news about his assassination in Riyadh is a false rumor and a "political fabrication" Addressing his supporters via Twitter, Hariri reassured them of his presence in Riyadh with his family, adding that such a "psychological war" against him cannot yield any outcome whatsoever.

Hariri went on to stress that the Saudi Kingdom is a safe country and shall remain so due to its wise leadership and kind people. On the other hand, and responding to a question regarding the Lebanese government's decision not to send any Lebanese monitors to partake in the Arab committee in Syria, Hariri stated that "Bashar Assad's government" in Lebanon cannot send monitors to observe the regime in Damascus that has appointed it.

Over the explosion at "Al-Medan Square" in Damascus Friday, Hariri expressed condemnation towards all acts of terrorism.

He added that the Syrian Revolution has revealed the true aims, and has determined the perpetrators.

He continued to note that the timing of the explosion came 24 hours prior to the Arab committee's meeting, and the place of the explosion is a prime location for popular movements in Damascus, Hariri added.
