Mother identifies body of her son who was killed on Nahr Ibrahim highway

It was reported on Saturday that the body of the man who was struck by a car on December 28 was identified by his mother.

The ISF General Directorate's Public Relations Department earlier announced that an unknown man was struck by a car on December 28 on Nahr Ibrahim highway and died from the injuries he sustained in the accident.

The victim was described as following: “Male in his twenties, light skin, black hair and overweight. Wearing navy blue athletic wear with a jacket, black on the outside and red on the inside with black shoes.”

The General Directorate urged the victim’s relatives to go to the Bouar public hospital to recognize his body or to call Jounieh Traffic department on 09-917000 in order to undertake the necessary legal procedures and receive the victim's body.
